The Gravity by Newton is Middleby’s fountain dispenser that provides automated ratio control (no-brix), sold-out sensing with auto-prime and on-board daily no-touch clean in place. Utilizing CFV technology, Gravity can dispense any syrup, any viscosity at any ratio. Through the CFV Recipe SystemTM any combination of syrups, flavors, functional shots, sauces can be mixed to create designer drinks. Gravity is fully IoT enabled for real-time data to enhance drink menu optimization, improve sales, streamline operations and minimize service costs and downtime.

Carbonated Beverage Solutions
The CFiVe joins an upstream Constant Flow Valve with an integrated isolation solenoid to provide ultimate control of water, concentrate, and flavor shots.
The CFiVe Non-Electric is ideal for applications using a craft soda tap. The optional top-facing port can be used for a pressure switch for a sold-out system.
The 2X-3 WF has uses in sparkling water systems to maintain the constant manifold pressure needed for consistent sparger infusion of CO 2.
